This site is about the 1994 movie 'Heavenly Creatures', starring Kate Winslet and Melanie Lynskey. It is a New Zealand film, made by Peter Jackson (who is currently working on the Lord of the rings trilogy) about the Parker-Hulme case. It's the story of the friendship between Pauline Parker and Juliet Hulme, which eventually leads to murder. But this is not just another 'based on real events' flick. This is a hauntingly beautiful film. Dark but brilliant. This is an intense experience. You have to get involved. If you haven't seen it yet, go rent or buy it immedately, it'll be worth the effort.
